一、 专业术语
（一） 规则用语
帆船帆板竞赛规则非常每繁杂，在比赛中常执行的几项规则有：
国际帆船竞赛规则: the Racing Rule of Sailing，英文简写为RRS.
航行细则: the Sailing Instructions，英文简写为SIs.
竞赛通则: the Notice of Race,英文简写为NoR.
级别规则: the Class Rules.
